How do I make a purchase? Visit our store, choose the product you want, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store? No. We sell exclusively online to ensure the best prices and global reach.
Do you ship to my country? Yes. We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping options available for your specific location will appear at checkout.
How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination and logistics operator. You will receive a tracking code via email once dispatched.
What are the payment methods? We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available.
Can I pay with cash or on delivery? At this time, we do not offer cash on delivery. All payments are processed securely online.
Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it has been processed. If you need to update your details, contact us immediately at vitoraulisio@gmail.com. Once dispatched, no modifications can be made.
Can I add more items to an existing order? For operational reasons, we cannot add items to an order already created. If you want more products, please place a new order.
Where do the products come from? We work with logistics centers in various regions (USA, Europe, and Asia). We ship from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and stock availability.
I only received part of my order, is this normal? Yes. If your order includes products from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking codes.
What is the return policy? You have 7 days from delivery for returns due to change of mind and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start the process, contact support@vallorestore.com.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed? First, check your tracking status. If the estimated window of 5 to 12 business days has passed, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
